To confirm compliance APS has requested SAI Global, Australia’s
leading registration body, to certify and regularly audit
APS’s Quality Management System.
Certification to ISO9002 was achieved on the 10th October
1998, and subsequently upgraded to QS9000 on the 17th
August 2002.
In December 2006 APS obtained certification to the Quality
Standard ISO 9001 : 2000 certification number QEC23786
Australian Power Steering has undertaken to ensure our
Quality Management System, underpinned by our Quality
Policy meet the requirements of the Standards, and is
understood and actively supported by all our employees
and suppliers.
APS Management is committed to use these management
systems to: Achieve continuous improvement emphasising
Defect Prevention, Reduction in variation and waste.
